Welcome to the IPF Expression Explorer!

The IPF Expression Explorer is a web app designed to explore Single Cell Expression data for IPF datasets. It contains a collection of 5 published datasets, manually curated by Vanessa Pitozzi.

Getting Started

Click on one of the datasets (in the right column) to explorer the expression profiles, cell types and other metadata of this dataset. Start typing in the "Filter" area (above the table on the right) to search for datasets by name, publication title and dataset.
